Product Description
Laser welding equipment (laser welder) focuses high-energy laser beam to rapidly heat metal materials to melting point, achieving fusion joint. This equipment can use filler-free welding process, directly melting base metal to form weld seam through laser beam; however, when weld gap exceeds 0.3 mm, it is recommended to use filler wire for assisted welding. The diameter of filler material should be larger than gap width to ensure sufficient filling of molten pool, avoiding porosity or crack defects. This non-contact welding method eliminates the need for traditional arc welding's striking arc process, making it suitable for high-efficiency joining requirements in precision manufacturing fields.
