The Light Square Round Tube Pipe Laser Cutting Machine Pipe Laser Cutter  is a device that automatically calculates and cuts the intersecting line holes, intersecting line ends and elbows (shrimp heads) at the connection between steel pipes and non-ferrous metal pipes. 

The controlling system is self-developed with 20 different cutting patterns .these self-attached pattern has met 90% clients' requirement.
These self-developed 20 different cutting patterns save lots of drawing time and save some cost to pay for nest software.
This light style is very limited capacity loading its only stand pipe weight 240kgs with 6000mm long pipe and pipe diameter is 220mm maximum
Its biggest advantage of this LT200L is pushing moving so its cutting speed is more faster.

1.The software can cut multiple intersecting cylindrical holes of different directions and diameters on the main pipe, meeting the conditions for orthogonal and skewed intersections of the branch pipe axis and the main pipe axis, both with and without eccentricity.

2.The software can cut intersecting line ends at the branch pipe's end, meeting the conditions for vertical and skewed intersections of the branch pipe axis and the main pipe axis, both with and without eccentricity.

3.It can cut inclined end faces at the ends of cylindrical pipes.

4.The software can cut welding elbows and "shrimp-shaped joints" with inclined cuts at both ends.

5.It can cut intersecting line ends where a branch pipe intersects a ring-shaped main pipe.

6.The software can cut square holes, waist-shaped holes, and elliptical holes (square and waist-shaped holes can have rounded corners) on the side of a cylindrical pipe.

7.It can perform steel pipe cutting.

8.The software can groove the pipe ends.
