This Fiber Optic Laser Tube Cutting Equipment is extensively applied in cutting tube - shaped structural components across various industries including construction, chemical engineering, shipbuilding, engineering machinery, metallurgy, and power. The CNC intersecting line cutting system enables convenient cutting and processing of workpieces. There's no need for extra operational calculations or programming. Simply input the intersecting lines, intersecting line holes, and welding grooves of the tubes into the tube intersecting system.
 
This equipment can automatically compute and cut the contours of intersecting line positions, profile position edges, and elbows. It is mainly utilized in the processing of tube - shaped structural components in the construction industry.
 
It is a device designed to automatically calculate and cut intersecting line holes, intersecting line ends, and elbows (shrimp - head joints) at the junctions of steel tubes and non - ferrous metal tubes.
 
The control system is self - developed, featuring 20 distinct cutting patterns. These in - built patterns meet the requirements of 90% of clients. The 20 self - developed cutting patterns significantly reduce drawing time and eliminate the cost of purchasing nesting software.
