The tube-sheet integrated CNC cutting machine is a new type of composite processing cutting machine developed by our company based on the gantry-type CNC plasma cutting machine. Mainly used for cutting and processing flat plates and round tubes. Through CNC system control, the function of curve cutting on pipes is expanded on the basis of plane cutting. Equipped with flame and plasma, it can easily cut carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.
The plate and tube integrated machine is different from a separate plate or pipe cutting machine. It has dual cutting functions of plates and pipes. Not only can it reduce the floor space, but it can also reduce investment costs. It is an ideal choice for users who have dual cutting needs of plates and pipes.

Features:

It can cut both steel plates and round tubes (intersecting line cutting machine function). One machine has two uses, economical and affordable.

1. Chuck-type tube clamping method: 3-claw or 4-claw lathe uses high-hardness chuck, can be clamped in forward or reverse direction, can be clamped manually or electrically, wireless rotation with high precision and small inertia.

2. The universal CNC system for tube plates is an advanced CNC system optimized and upgraded on the basis of the Shanghai Jiaotong University system. The radius, intersection angle and cutting speed of the main and branch pipes are input into the computer, which can automatically convert and generate cutting programs. The universal two-dimensional cutting system for plate cutting is very simple to operate.

3. The bracket-type steel pipe support trolley is supported by high-strength stainless steel lead screw and linear hydraulic support rod. The single load-bearing capacity is about 400KG, and 3 to 6 can be selected according to the thickness and length of the steel pipe.

4. Huayucheng plasma power supply. It can punch and cut 0.5mm-30mm and edge cut 40mm metal materials. It adopts air cooling, water cooling and other cooling methods, and is equipped with a metal cutting torch as standard, which completely solves the problem of easy burning of the cutting torch. It has its own arc voltage adjustment, cutting gap compensation, arc extinguishing and automatic return, and anti-collision system, which can work continuously for 24 hours.

5. The linear guide, ball screw, gear rack combined transmission structure, and the gear rack are all quenched, which greatly improves the toughness and hardness of the running parts. All quenching and fine grinding parts are treated with chemical anti-rust oil, and the precision tooling automatically matches the meshing, with meticulous details.
